To get to the battery to charge it, you have to remove the whole underside which is attached with tiny screws. Then its just a web of wires. Good luck getting to set back in place with a circuit board hanging loose. It looks like a robot threw up inside of it. On top of that, its pretty small. The pics are pretty tricky. Its like they put a tiny kid 20 feet in the background and take the pic from 3 inches away to make it look gigantic. Your kid will have more fun with a couple spoons in the dirt.

Fun part of a construction set
This is pretty detailed and pretty functional with lights and accurate movements. Lots of control options and operational dumper. The remote was pretty cool and makes you feel like you're operating a real piece of construction equipment.

Horrible design
This uses a rechargeable battery for the truck. To change the battery you have to remove 6 screws and remove the entire bottom of the truck, this exposes all the electronic parts and wiring. It is nearly impossible to reconnect the battery and stuff all the wiring and components back in so you screw the base back in. Incredibly frustrating.
