Works perfectly for plastic cable ducts
I used this to cut 1.5” x 3/4” Wiremold snap-cover Ethernet cable ducts and it works perfectly! No more hacksawing with tiny plastic bits getting everywhere. This brilliantly designed tool makes clean, square, cuts, quickly and simply. The tool self is very rugged and well-made, and the ratcheting action makes cutting simple and lets you proceed slowly enough to ensure straight alignment.

Pricy but durable
We paid quite a bit for this product compared to other options that were available, but the build quality is great, and the ratcheting mechanism works very well for stabilizing small pieces before shearing through them, ensuring accurate and clean cuts.

There is no 22.5° angle stop built in.
Very high quality. Ratchet works well. I love all the built in angle stops. But I am shocked there is no 22.5° angle stop. That is a super common angle here on the US. Gonna have to return these. I bought a pair of Rigid brand cutters that have the 22.5° cut. Sorry oshine

pleasantly surprised
I'm a hard surface floor installer and have been doing shoe molding for almost fifty years. I bought this tool for one specific job, a bonus room that was a pretty much a 30x15 rectangle and on the second floor. I'm in my seventies now and not a big fan of running up and down the stairs to cut trim. It worked perfect for me. I still cope but I used my tool box for a bench. I think I should have bought this tool a while ago...........lol

Blades are junk
For $60 you think the blades would last longer than 15 cut.other than the blades the tool works good.

Excellent tool
I use this for cutting dowels and thin wood strips. It does an excellent job and leaves a nice clean cut.

Safe and easy to use
Used this to miter cut 1/2"x3/4" pine shoe molding at various angles and did it very cleanly. This is much safer, cleaner and quicker than dragging out the power miter saw for these types of cuts.

Great tool
Needed to install quads. This tool simplified the job. Better than an electric saw. Much quicker!

Very good, strong, ratchet definitely helps.
The only thing I find annoying is undoing the mechanism which means turning the tool over again to use it, and it feels awkward for lefthanders. But it’s cutting far better than the one I gave up on!
