I recently bought this after my rotator cuff and labrum surgery. I had to sleep upright in my sling for a couple of weeks. It's now week 3 and I am able to sleep on my back with this pillow. This pillow is perfect size to space my shoulder and arm away while I sleep. I'm extremely happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone recovering or having shoulder pains while they sleep.

The “pad” for the shoulder strap is worthless. It’s just a thin piece of fabric that twists and slips on the strap. During my pre-surgery for a rotator cuff, I learned that I couldn’t use it during my initial recovery. I was bummed because the cushion is comfy. I hope to use it further into my recover and I will put a different shoulder pad on the strap.

After having rotator cuff surgery, I was excited to find this pillow to give me some relief from the sling that I’m in. When I unboxed the pillow and fluffed it up, it just was smaller than advertised, and it did not fit correctly as my hand was longer than the pillow, and I’m a normal size person. The pillow did not stay under my arm, no matter how tight I made it. In my opinion, this pillow is not worth the time. And is useless. I’m hoping to find one that fits.

Very helpful after shoulder surgery. Size is perfect for support especially for car rides and sleeping.

This was high-quality. For me I did not use it immediately. Post surgery, but two or three weeks postop. It was nice to have in my bed.

Not in any way the size of the pillow shown in photos. It is much smaller, the thumb hole is massive, so it doesn’t hold your hand in place at all. This is worthless and do not waste your money!
