You are dealing with 220w.I'm writing the review after a few months of testing this. My ac died during peak summer and I couldn't figure out why. I called a few contractors and they wanted to charge $180 per hour or $100 to diagnose the problem. After talking to a few friends they recommended I check the contactor and see if its burnt. Sure enough, when I checked, the contactor was burnt with burnt copper. I ordered this and replaced it and boom!! it worked.Old one died because a bug got in-between the magnet which triggers this on/off from your thermostat. This contactor has a cover around the magnet which protects from all the bugs.
