I used the whole board as is for a bird feeder deflector to make the bird seed fall outside my fence where my dog couldn’t eat it. I set the board on the ground at the angle I desired then used a one inch hole drill bit to drill a hole straight down in relation to the ground. Unscrewed the bird feeder from the post set my board in place and put the feeder back on. It works quite well and was a fifteen minute job. This board should never rot or need painting, it will just sit there ushering birdseed waste off my property for years to come.

As others have said .... came scuffed and bent. This stuff is by no means rigid. Useless for building anything that requires structural integrity. Opened the box, took one look and filed for a refund. Although I'm a Prime member, I got stuck for return postage costs. Not fair. I placed an order for some real HDPE. BTW, Rufus blew it too ... claims the surface was textured .... it's not unless you call scuff marks "texture".

Although the listing is for 12" x 24", as their description says, read the Item Dimensions. Listed is 23.88 x 11.88 ( +/- 0.125 inches ) and my actual dimensions are 11.81 x 23.81 inches. So, this falls within spec of the item description. Below specs of the item title. Something to watch for I guess.My 3/4" board does have about 1mm of warp across 24 inches. Though this is nature of HDPE. Especially if you machine it, it'll warp even more typically. It's very common you need to stress relief HDPE so if you need it super flat, expect to do this as its pretty uncommon to find raw HDPE sheets that are just diced up on a saw, to be truly flat.One side is flawless and had plastic-wrap on it. The other side had some minor light marks, but description says this is a raw material and says to expect it..going to orbital sand it smooth anyways.I assumed this was a smooth black sheet of HDPE, it's textured. Although I plan to machine all sides, It would be nice if the title and/or description mentioned "Textured" as Smooth HDPE sheets exist, and so do Smooth cutting boards. In the end, Happy with the item and it's time to make a ton of plastic chips!

This HDPE sheet is good quality with a better than average pebble finish. The black pigment was very consistent and there was no warpage.
