Functional, but with ceramic cracked
The ceramic heat shield was cracked at the thermometer insertion site across to the edge of the ceramic disc lip. This is probably just my unit, but it is interesting that the description says ceramic imperfections are normal. Could the seller be exclusively selling parts that do not pass inspection for sale at full price? I do not know, but can speculate this here. Since the range has ample fireproof insulation, I took the risk and installed the heating element and it works just fine. So, 3 stars.

Great Burner Replacement
We needed to replace one of the burners on our stove, and this replacement has been working great so far! It was easy to install and fit perfectly. It seems to be of good quality, and hopefully, it lasts a long time.
