I couldn’t thrive without my D3 and K2. It’s so convenient to have them together in one pill. A lot of people don’t understand that you have to take them together or the D3 isn’t absorbed properly. I have had extremely low vitamin D levels for years, like under 10, so I finally decided to try this brand. After a few months of taking this daily my levels are back up to a normal range, and I don't feel so fatigued as much. Capsule is kind of big, but not huge. Doesn't have a taste to me. Great quality.

I love this product. I’m older and need a supplement for my bones. I find them easy to swallow and they do not upset my stomach. For better absorption take with a fat containing meal. I highly recommend this product!!
