My pedicure person provided me with a pair of these to keep my feet warm in my flip flops after my pedicure in the winter. They are excellent for helping to moisturize and soften my heels which are severely cracked. I wear these to bed and they are softening my heels. I don’t expect them to repair my deep cracks, but they definitely help to softening the heels and reduce the pain caused by the deep cracks. If you walk barefoot or wear flip flops a lot, I definitely recommend that you give these a try! I don’t know the secret about how they work, but they do and that’s all that matters! They make a huge difference!!!

I bought these since the reviews were pretty good, someone even saying it helped in as fast as 3 days. For me it's been almost a week and I've seen great improvement for such a short time. While they're still a little dry, visually I cannot tell so I'm impressed. And I think $14ish dollars for 2 pairs is a good price. I still apply lotions and what not, but I've taken to wearing these when I sleep and sometimes during the day when I'm watching TV or something. They're comfy. Definitely a good buy and I'm happy.

These work really well. I oil up my feet with oil and not lotion like castor oil or coconut oil then I put them on and my toes can still stay cool. I don't use lotion because there's too much water in lotion and it can cause my heels to feel like they're festering.

Item is okay, works, but wouldn't buy again.

I was looking up foot creams and these heel socks popped up and I am so glad they did!!! I was having trouble walking because it was so painful with my heels having deep cracks. I have tried the foot files, the pumice stones, the metal file. None worked for long. I love being barefoot and wearing sandals whenever possible so my feet dry out. These socks eased the pain of the deep cracks overnight. The gel softened the very dry skin that makes the deep cracks so painful. I filed down the dead skin after but I no longer have to worry about the painful deep cracks because I sleep with the gel socks on my heels. Normally I cannot sleep with socks on because I get hot too easily, but because these go over the heal not the toes I do not have a problem sleeping with them on. The gel does feel a little weird when walking on it but I don't care, its totally worth it.

These are great socks for softening heels. I continue to use them after many washes and apply my own cream. They are breathable and your toes are out, so not too hot to wear around the house.

I bought these to wear with my orthopedic sandals, but found they rolled up into the arch of my foot a bit, and I was constantly readjusting them. The color, weight, washability, and fit were all fine, just that I was spending a lot of time tugging down the arch and up the leg. I am still wearing them, because despite the issues (which I expected with a toeless sock) they still work pretty well.
