A: We have one bottle of olive oil every week, I found a favorite. So I don’t remember. I am sorry not to help you.

**Q: Is thrre a way to adjust or modofy the cap so it pours out quickly?**
A: Don’t know, as it poured to my satisfaction

**Q: Is it cold pressed?**
A: Yes it is. Using a centuries old millenary tradition, Castillo de Pinar extracts the core and then presses the olive using centrifugal force avoiding high heat and no chemicals to extract the oil. Our mill is located on the farm and the press takes place within 24 hours of picking. Thanks for the question!

A few years ago I received a bottle of oil made from single origin Picual olives and it was very different from my other olive oils ( Zoe, Napa Valley Naturals and others). It didn't have a strong flavor but was extremely pleasant and I could use it for dressings, dips, cooking and bread making. So, I came to Amazon to search for other Picual oils and found this brand. I will never use any other less desireable olive oil unless I'm cooking something that won't be affected by the flavor of the oil. This brand is exceptional and I've purchased both the regular and organic.
