There was no flex while using it, it rolled smoothly, and it was easy to clean. I'll next be using it to paint a large, flat ceiling. The double width compared to a standard 9 inch roller cover really makes short work of covering a lot of area. The ends snap into the frame. Squeeze the tabs on the ends, pull out of the frame, insert into the roller cover ends, and reattach. I would buy this again.
