MaidenformWomen's Plus Size Plunge Bra

I ordered this product needing to wear under dress for my baby shower. I was really hopeful based off of reviews that it would be supportive and look good under my deep V dress. When it came, I noticed that it was missing parts. It didn’t have straps on either side just like a little piece of ribbon. The product is also not Maidenform , it comes in a bag with no name and no tags stating that this is a maiden form bra.

I just received it. I bought it because I’m going to be doing cosplay of a character with a very low cut kimono and big boobs. I’m in my mid 30s (so not as perky as I was in my 20’s lol) and am a 38ddd (sometimes 40ddd depending on the brand.) I got the 13 since it said 38ddd. I did have to tighten the strap that goes around all the way to fit. It feels a tad big, but after getting it all the way tightened, it actually works really well for what I’m wanting. My costume isn’t done but I’m showing pics. Don’t be turned off by the reviews. It’s for very low cut tops and it provides some push-up with some padding. If you aren’t wanting that, don’t get this. I will say I was so surprised that it is actually extremely comfortable. It’s very hard finding this kind of bra for bigger ladies with bigger bosoms. I am very pleased.

Looking back at the item photos, even Maidenform doesn't know what body this would go on. The white model in nude is 100% unrealistic, the cups are HUGE and really stiff - and kinda flat, they wouldn't be nip covers like shown.They stick out almost entirely, from my actual body.I think this might work if you have the magic breast size to fill them, but then I don't know if the band would support.The back band is thick, too, the Horna one is very thin and worked better with both of the dresses I need a backless bra for. I didn't try this one on, with the dress not shown, because this contraption was so odd to wear I simply don't want it.Never felt such weirdly stuffed, stiff, misshapen padded cups in my life, lol!

Will this work for the dress I need it to? Yes. Will I need to wear this bra more than once or twice? No so it will be fine for me to keep for this occasion. Does it fit properly? Not really. There is so much padding in the cups that there is spillage on either side of the cup depending on which way you pull it. For large busts padding is not needed. I'd recommend they remove the padding for the larger sizes. I also found that there was weird puckering under the cup between the under wire and the two straps that connect to the back strap. I would recommend this for bra a one or two time need but not for someone looking for regular use as it doesn't really fit well nor is it very comfortable. I am only keeping this because it will do the trick for the dress i need to wear for an upcoming wedding.

Product was not sized properly,did not come with strap,no support,barely covers anything,waste of money. Would have returned,but just threw it away. Not spending anymore time or money on sending back.

I got the size Amazon recommended based on my previous orders and it wasn't too far off base.The straps are a little chaotic but I figured it out. I will definitely keep the little cardboard insert because I will probably forget how it works the next time I need to wear this.I wore this bra with one of my dresses that has a keyhole tie on the chest - my bras are always poking through that hole. This bra was perfect for that dress. I think I would feel more comfortable if the cups fit more snug to my breasts but it helped that my dress offered more support in that area. I may also be able to adjust/tighten the straps in a different way. I kind of just threw it on and it worked well enough that I didn't worry about it. Maybe double sided tape would also offer more security. I do worry about gaping and what may happen if I bend over but, in all fairness, I worry about that in every bra I own that isn't a sports bra.I can't speak to the support issue - I don't necessarily wear bras because I need support (I am B cup in most fits - sometimes C when my weight fluctuates or depending on the brand). I like the padding because it keeps my nipples in check. And this was successful at that task so I am happy with the purchase. I was happy enough that I bought one in the nude color but I sized down to see if it feels more secure.

I was skeptical but not anymore. I am a 38DDD I ordered both black and nude. I have 3 kids and I'm well over 50, but when I tell you these are nice. They give the support that I definitely need. Now you will have side boob spillage but that doesn't matter to to I can work with that. The fact that it work was the most important thing to me. If you're looking for a deep plug bra and you're a DD or DDD I would give these a try. I didn't receive the clear straps but I have some I can use if I choose too.

I bought this bra, because of the rave reviews from women built similar to me. Clearly those people were paid. Women are NOT shaped this way and this bra is very stiff and has no give. I am a very petite woman who also happens to have boobs. My true size is a 30DD, but I can comfortably wear a 32D, so I ordered a size 4. The cups were too small to provide adequate coverage, no material on the sides to keep my breasts from heading into my armpits so as a result this caused big gaps in the center. One could easily look right down the front of the bra and see right down into the "promise land." The strap that is used for backless styles goes around the waist and I couldn't get it smallooks enough. I also couldn't get it low enough to not be seen in my backless dress. This was a real disappointment. However the return was incredibly easy. That process was very smooth.

The product just doesn’t sit well. In retrospect, I should never have fallen for it. If you look at the photo in the Ad, it doesn’t fit well either. I’m guessing that a lot of work went into getting an acceptable photo.

Received only half the straps and not the actual bra. $30 for straps? You’ve got to be kidding me. I re-read through the ad and nowhere does it say it is ONLY the straps you receive. The box itself says it contains x1 bra, x2 matching coloured straps, x1 clear halter and x1 clear back piece. I ONLY received the shoulder straps and the halter piece.**UPDATE** Tried again and this time it came with all the pieces and it works better than any “sticky” bra for larger busts that I’ve ever tried. It will be a godsend for the dress that I’m wearing. Still keeping the lower rating though because I had to try more than once and pay for expedited shipping just to get a complete bra in time.
