easy to use but a bit expensive
I do not know why dumbells are so expensive in general. I wanted to get an automated adjustable dumbells but decided to use this one instead. I was used to use another type that requires you to add the disks and secure them. Since it does take time, I sometimes skipped that so I end up either using too much weight for the move or too less. This is easy to change in between the moves. However once I get stronger in fitness, I will need a heavier one and these things are expensive.
