If your head strap is hurting your face I definitely recommend this.

I would always recommend one of these Halo style headbands for the quest headsets. Takes all the pressure off of your face and puts it on the top of your head. My face would hurt with the factory strap on after 20 minutes. With this headset I can keep it on for hours.

Love it ! Super impressed with this head strap and Purchased it for my quest 3.The packaging is quality and so is the head-strap material. Real easy to install on the Quest 3 and keeps the headset firmly in place.I just took a few minutes to adjust the head strap and dial to where it was comfortable. Meanwhile it keeps me comfortable playing games and watching videos/movies.Absolult better deal than the Elite strap. This head strap is an absolute must buy for your Quest 3, highly recommend.

Nice and comfy

This ends up being really comfortable, compared to the Oculus "elite" strap that I had on before. Beware that this makes the headset kinda big, and I had trouble finding a case that would fit it, but this strap is fantastic and worth the hassle. :-)

It's great, but....

This head strap is amazing for any comfort. however, after a few minutes i have to take it off and fix it right to enjoy a good vr gameplay. It also falls apart to easily. back head support comes off as well way to easily. still a good product
