Spiru-Tein (Spirutein) Gold Chia Rice & Pea- Strawberry - 1.03 lb - Powder

The shake is good, but I ordered the strawberry flavor and received chocolate.

Just changed to this from the soy version, it taste great. I'm getting the nutrients needed daily, love this product!

This is the second time I have tried Spiru-tein Gold. In both cases the product was grainy tasting, caused bloating and burping, and had a bad taste. I have used other NaturesPlus products, but the Gold products are not worth the price.

SOY FREE!!!!!! My body revolts against many foods and even supplements. This is the ONE brand and the ONE type of supplement that I can take!!! It's pure, raw, nutrition!!! Love it!!!!! I am so thankful that a SOY FREE option is offered!!!! Thank you 'Spirutein!!!!

I have cut a lot of stuff out of my diet. This product is gluten and soy free. Strawberry is my favorite flavor.

I ordered this to try out in comparison to the non-gold version of the same flavor. I was looking to reduce the amount of soy in my diet, and the gold version is soy-less.There is a significant difference in the taste in that this is very sweet, and doesn't break down as much as the non-gold version, leaving it a bit more chalky.I like the vitamins that it contains, and I like the strawberry flavor, but this version is just way to sweet for me. I ended up mixing it in with the non-gold version. The sweetness has been blended down enough that I can get through it without making faces, but I don't plan to purchase this one, again.

Great taste. Mixes up quickly. Will reorder and would recommend.

Sometime back I purchased Spiru-tein Peach and Cream flavor not knowing it had soy which I cannot take. I loved it though. It made you feel as it you're having peach ice cream! After having had that, I had high expectations for strawberry flavoured Spiru-tein Gold which does not have soy only to have my expectations dashed. It's too sweet and runny and horrible. I wish they'd produce Peach flavoured Gold brand Spiru-tein with exactly the same flavour and consistensy but without the soy and the too much sweetner they put in it so we consumers who cannot take soy and sugar can take it.

This product has been my go to following too many over the top meals, don’t know how I would manage without it. In smoothies, in yoghurt, or in a pinch in cold water, the taste is good, not sandy, and the effect is not of restriction.
