A: I can confirm that the depth of the treads on our sliding loft ladders are 3cms.

**Q: how wide is the ladder (ie: side to side); my new build house (Barratt; 2011) has a thin loft hatch**
A: I can confirm our sliding loft ladder width is 31cm.

**Q: Do i need to use a flip down loft hatch?**
A: Yes that's correct for our sliding loft ladders you will need a swing down loft door.
