Really good stuff, but a little expensive.
Picture is of a bag, but this is in a little plastic resealable screw-top jar. This is convenient stuff: dissolve in the prescribed amount of water, rinse, and allow to dry - and your brewing (or other) equipment is sterilized. One of the main components is a percarbonate (similar to powdered oxyclean). Safe, effective, and sterilized by means of releasing oxygen (like peroxide). While it’s not as cheap as would be nice, it’s good stuff!

My goto, over StarSan
The first rule of OneStep, always let it evaporate. It is not a dunk and go product like StarSan. OneStep releases a high level of oxygen as it evaporates. So much oxygen that it kills the microbes that try to infect and ruin your ferments and foods. If you can not wait for it to evaporate, I have always followed the 10 minute rule. i have not had an infection spoil any canned or bottled goods yet. This seems to be the perfect size for the monthly fermenter to have OneStep sitting around, while not having a bulk amount for too long and the OneStep loses it’s potency. Monthly I usually rotate in a new batch of fermenting vegetables and possibly a wine here and there. One Tablespoon to a Gallon of Water to make the cleaner. I am able to to clean all my items for the current fermenting run. OneStep easily dissolves with a good stir or shake (if your gallon container has a lid). It will take a couple minutes then be completely dissolved. It is so easy to use, if you have water and OneStep you can sanitize. This size package seems to be a great value with the number of Tablespoons I can get from the Jar.

Easy to use, and perfectly sanitized my plastic and steel brewing utensils and containers
This was so-o-o easy to use for beer brewing preparations. I washed off the pots and bottles I needed to use, mixed this powder with warm water in the same pot I needed to sanitize, and used it to just coat all the surfaces of the items for my beer brewing. The beer came out perfect. It would have been impossible to boil the empty plastic soda bottles I used for the bottling. This was a great option to sanitize those bottles without risking warping or otherwise damaging them.

Sanitizer works wonders
Doesn't work the greatest if you have hard water but otherwise this stuff works fantastic. No rinse clean samve me a great amount of time. The powder dissolve almost instantly, leave it for 2 minutes and pour it out and your equipment is ready to use.

The quality was exactly what it is supposed to be, good! I am making homemade wine and there is no sign of bacteria. No rinsing after, no smell, and the package was fully sealed. When it ordered it look like it was coming in a plastic package, but i am so glad it came in a tub. The size is efficient especially since you only use 1 tablespoon per gallon. I will definitely buy again.

Works great.. not hard on the skin. Cleaned well. One pouch will go a long ways. 1 teaspoon per gallon of water.
