Great product.But delivery driver took 20 minutes trying to decide where to deliver. Amazon needs to train delivery people to go by the address rather than depend on GPS . Driver drove all around my house looking at his phone GPS until he zeroed in on my house instead of going by the address.Also have drivers that can speak English .

My glucose actually increased while taking for a month. Switched back to Thorne. Thorne is by far the best. My Cardiologist called me recently to tell me to get off of it if I was still taking it because people are having negative reactions.

So, I've been on the regular berberine train for a bit and thought it was alright, but man, after I switched to Black Forest 5x Berberine, it's like day n night difference! They've thrown in some Ceylon Cinnamon too, which is pretty cool coz it feels like it's doing more for my blood sugar without making me feel weird or anything. Plus, no tummy troubles like the old stuff used to give me. This stuff is just sooo much better. Def recommend if you're looking for a serious upgrade

I thought this product was going to be one of the best I have tried but for me, it wasn't. Didn't bring my sugar down where I wanted it.
