Really great beginner microphone. It’s a bit heavy, so finding a good stand has been tough. My clamp arm works the best. You need an interface to connect the mic to so it can work with your computer, so keep that in mind. It’s a great quality mic and feels high quality too. The sound is very clear especially after editing it in software. It’s a pretty standard size mic so a lot of stands are compatible with the thread size. It’s a great value!

This microphone offers excellent value for money. It’s a great choice for both home studios and professional studios. Sounds crisp and it is so easy to set up. The microphone has a great shape and comes with enough accessories like a shock mount and pop filter to get you started almost immediately. I’m going to be using this one for a long time 😄 I found it plug-and-play because it even included a good-quality XLR cable.

I bought this microphone as a gift for my son. As a musician myself, I’d say this is an excellent starter microphone. It has clean lows, clear mids, and crisp highs. It requires 48V phantom power and works with just about any audio interface. Great quality for the price

I had been using a Shure condenser performance microphone for recording original music vocal compositions, and needed to upgrade to a true condenser recording microphone. Conducted a lot of research and finally decided on the RODE NT1; paid around $150 for the mic, shockmount and pop filter - RODE also included a mic cable in the package, which was a nice surprise. Proof was in the actual use in recording my vocal material in a home recording studio. Paired with a Scarlett Solo 3rd gen USB audio interface connected to my Mac laptop, using Garage Band to record vocal tracks. Easy to use, great sound quality of mic, and simple to share music files with my instrumental collaborator in another state. BIG improvement over my old setup - discovered just how much I'd been missing in making my previous recordings. Very happy with this RODE microphone, and I'm glad that I upgraded to it - just wish that I'd done so sooner.

Probably the best LDC within this price point of sub 170$. It also comes with EVERYTHING you could need (besides an interface/stand) which for the price is very generous and respectable. Fairly smooth sound, although, I give it 4/5 stars due to it sounding - to me - worse than the fourth generation of the same mic. Which is a shame, because I adored my voice on the NT1 fourth generation. Overall though, for this price, this is just lovely. 8/10

Great neutral sound. If I don't want to color my voice in any way, and just want a starting place, this works well every time. Built to last, great value, doesn't need much gain, only thing to complain about is the poor noise isolation. This mic isn't designed for noisy rooms

Rode Nt1 5. nesil de kullanıyorum. Zaten çok memnunum. Usb artısı dışında aradaki ses kalitesi farkını hissetmek neredeyse mümkün değil. Kısacası sesteki nötr, temiz ve sıcak hava, bu güzel mikrofonda da mevcut. Çok çok hafif tizlerde bir fark olabilir ama bunu fark etmek için çok iyi kulağa sahip olmalısınız. Başka mikrofonlar da kullanan biri olarak diyebilirim ki, seslendirme ve vokal için oldukça profesyonel, podcast yapayım yayın da yapayım diyorsanız bu alanlarda da başarılı bir mikrofon. Arka plan gürültülerini fazla almaması büyük avantaj. Bilhassa profesyonel seslendirme-dublaj yapanlar için kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Çünkü seslendirmede beklenen nötr ve doğal ve de sıcak bir imzadır. Bir süredir kullanıyorum ve paket içeriği de dahil bu fiyata (geniş diyaframı var ki çok önemli bir artı) bence kesinlikle alınır.

Very clear vocal quality and incredibly easy to set up. The included stabiliser and pop filter make for a nice professional set up and look. The included XLR cable functions as expected and has decent length - perfect for a small home set up to be used at a desk in conjunction with a PC or laptop. There is good weight to the product and durability appears strong, however I am not inclined to drop it to test that. The included screw adapter is helpful for use in a variety of set ups.
