This is my second note 9. Love the phone.I don't get updates, I can live with that. It does everything I need it for.

Waste of money
For a renewed phone I thought it would have a new battery but no it didn't because it lost 1% charge a minute waste of money

scratched screen
"excellent condition" they said, the rest is fine, it's a good phone for £200, but those scratches are a deal braker.it was packaged well btw, so i know it didn't get damaged in transit :/

Only problem I would say is the phone doesn't come with a charger thankfully I had one anyway phonewise it's mint condition not one scratch on the phone battery life is brilliant doesn't get hot absolute bargain for the price

Phone was better than I thought. Great service and can't fault the phone. Although I've only turned it on downloaded a few apps. It's for xmas for my son
