I am shocked at how well this very affordable elf lip liner works! Easy to apply, smooth, outlines my lips without looking overly drawn. I usually just use the liner and a tinted lip balm and my lips look fuller and softer than a lot of the more expensive brands. I have not yet sharpened it so I'm curious if it will continue to go on as smooth once it's resharpened. It does wear off a bit throughout the day so reapplication is necessary. But it doesn't dry out my lips and the coverage and stay power is good, esp for the price!

Rejoice, cool toned friends! This lip liner is the perfect cool brown. The price is amazing and for that reason, I have purchased like 8 so I never run out.The liner goes on smooth and is comfortable to wear as well. It's not sticky, just creamy. It creates a perfect line even if it needs to be sharpened. AMAZING QUALITY FOR THE PRICE!My only gripe is that it starts getting a bit patchy when I go to blot/blend out the bluntness of the line with my finger. I end up having to reapply more and blend again, sometimes 3 or 4 times. It's annoying but I haven't tried using a brush which may be exactly what I need to do.Either way, this is a fantastic lip liner and I recommend it to everyone!P.S.
