Appearance was professional packaging. Nothing beats the taste of Hersheys Cocoa for baking. Color is the rich brown perfect for creating the smell of grandmas during the holidays. Nutrient label was clear to read. As a home based bakery, I saved money by purchasing it online versus buying it from local stores.

what it says on the tin
If you're looking for 5 lb of Hershey's regular cocoa powder (NOT dutch-processed), then.. well done, you. Unless this product is secretly laced with chocolate cocaine or kratom (both of which seem unlikely given its price), or some innocuous brown substance like instant coffee powder, then I suspect all 5 lb of the bag are actually filled with cocoa (excepting FDA-allowed limits of lesser contaminants, naturally). As I have been using the contents of the bag on a mostly daily basis for a couple weeks and have not yet experienced increased productivity, hallucinations, pain relief, or sleep deprivation, I feel confident in reaffirming my initial claim that it's probably just cocoa powder. The aforementioned cocoa comes in a large, fairly plain white bag (as pictured in listing as of Sept 2024) with simple text labeling the product. The bag features one of those twist-tie strip things attached where the top of the bag folds down and then the metal strip's ends bend in to secure the fold in place (ie, as a way to "seal" the bag, though it obviously doesn't vacuum seal the contents/protect them from the air.. this ain't no plastic-wrapped duct-taped brick). Highly recommend for people who are looking for, um, cocoa powder: specifically, larger-than-normal but not intense bakery-level quantities of cocoa powder. Goldilocks quantities, one might say (unless one needs more than 5 lb; then one might not say). Did I mention it's 5 lb of Hershey's cocoa powder?
