The curry leaves were just as described with a good favor and great value for the money! So far, I've used these in an okra garam masala and put the dried leaves in the water I boiled wild rice in. Both turned out delicious! My only complaint is that along with the dried leaves are stems, which don't break down during cooking and need to be picked out. Not a big deal, just good to keep in mind. Overall, i recommend the dried curry leaves if you want to take your Indian and other dishes up a notch.

This is my first time buying curry leaves, so I don't know how much of them usually come with stems like small sticks... it's a little annoying to pick them out, but not a deal breaker and this was a fairly inexpensive brand to get a bunch of organic curry leaves.Overall my experience is positive and I am pleased with the product.

Okay I haven't used long enough to give higher evaluation yet. Curry powder contains high levels of keratin and i'm using it in hair masks for hair nutrition and growth. My hair has grown a few inches in 2 months but I'm also using other ingredients. Curry is also a food and can be taken internally. It's a winning product.

I haven't used them yet because I can't quite figure out how. Look at my photo that looks like a pile of sticks... they ARE sticks, approximately 6-7 inches long! And that's just a small portion of the sticks in the bag. Hard to imagine adding this to a food product. Maybe I'll try putting them in cheesecloth so that they're removable. Also the leaves are not mostly intact (like a bay leaf)... They're crushed.This is an odd product and not at all what I expected.

After purchase I found the reviews already posted. How happy I was to receive my package and find the dried curry leaves in great shape and knowing dried leaves need to be reconstituted. After doing so I found a very favorable result. I will be sharing them with others. They are organic and aromatic. Don't miss this deal if you love curry dishes!

Horrible!!I ordered two bags of one pound curry leaves.I two bags of sticks, stems, literal ROCKS,, dirt and other unknown objects like either charcoal chunks or part of a tool? This company is NOT in integrity and really needs to do quality control if they are sourcing form outside source....this just plain sucks. I go to open the bag to use the leaves in a dish....and I reached into a bag of sticks.If im cooking I dont have time to sort thru all this mess! Not to mention that I dont even know what all I would be putting into my food?!! It literally looks like the "Harvestor" was cutting off branches and decided to collect the remaining leaves on the ground lifting up soil and rocks(larger than my fingernails...and small ones too. If you want to break your teeth....buy this product. It saddens me that people would be so either stupid or inconsiderate to sell this in this condition.Low integrity company.I have bought many other things from this company and now I will reconsider supporting them if this is the "LOW STANDARD" bar that hey are setting for themselves.shameful.

I ordered these as a stop gap until o could get fresh. I thought I was ordering a small bag, but this bag is huge! I’ve been using it pretty slowly until today when we decided to make sambar powder. I poured some into the mixer and heard a little thump and fished out a dried up squeezed out lime. As we went, we found tons of other things, including different varieties of plastics and several kinds of vegetal things (Chilies, green beans, green peas).The vegetable stuff didn’t bother me too much (except the lime maybe, which made me think of someone squeezing it out on their lunch and discarding it) but the plastics did some were very small and could’ve easily been accidentally ingested.

This is a ton of curry leaves! I knew that a whole pound of leaves would be a lot, but this package really is bigger than I thought it would be. I'm ok with that, since we use them petty often. I split some into a vacuum sealed bag to help preserve some freshness. They taste like curry leaves, and the occasional stem is easy to pick out. Couldn't ask for more.

I admit I ordered this by accident as I thought i was ordering curry leaves. I only read the title and looked at the photos and nothing stated it was a powder. Even the package label was different than advertised. I returned it unopened right away.

Well I was a little confused hahaHere I’m thinkin I’m buying curry leaves to make curry with 😂. But curry is a mix of spices lol (Curry powder is usually a mixture of turmeric, chilli powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground ginger and pepper, and can be bought in mild, medium or hot strengths).These are actually sweet neem leaves 😂 I was a little taken back when I smelled the contents of the bag and the leaves smelled minty. My bf figured out what it was lol.We have neem toothpaste.And you can also use these leaves to make tea.
