Baby Mum-Mum Vegetable Flavored Rice Rusks
I discovered these at Walmart and then purchased them in bulk at Amazon (a much better savings). I was reluctant to try them at first. I was searching for biter biscuits or zwieback toast when our daughter started teething but was having a difficult time finding such products and when I did they were never on sale. I stumbled upon the Baby Mum-Mum products at Walmart, they were affordable and conveniently packaged. Our daughter LOVES THEM. She knows the package and gets excited when you pull one out. I love that they are wrapped in two packs also, you don't have to waste a baggie packing them to go and they don't go stale. We bring them with us to restaurants and it's a great way to keep her busy and get in a healthy snack while we are waiting for the food to come...a lifesaver! I think it is also important to mention that they contain vegetables and are tagged as "organic" I don't hold a lot of importance in finding organics products because of the price but am happy when I can afford them. Also, I've found that many snacks for babies/children (such as Gerber Graduates line) are loaded with extra sugar which I believe is unnecessary. The fruit snacks have twice as much sugar as normal fruit snacks off the shelf. So I'm happy to find a product such as a Mum Mum which doesn't contain a lot of excess sugars.

Best Gramma Find EVER
When my daughter, now two, was first learning to eat by herself, my mother-in-law brought over a box of some weird food called Mum-Mums. I wasn't sure what to think until I saw my daughter eating them. All by herself.Shortly thereafter, we went house hunting. Instead of me handing her Cheerios every two seconds, I was able to stick a Mum-Mum in her hand and keep her happily occupied without the need for my constant attention.I had these on subscribe and save for months until my daughter could eat just about anything. Just a few months later, I renewed my subscription because my son is now old enough for them (9 months). YES!!! The kid loves them.I'm not gonna lie--my son is pretty high maintenance. He whines and cries for me all day long . . . until I give him a Mum-Mum! Whenever he starts to really wail, my two year old says, "Mommy, he needs a Mum-Mum!" Instant smiles and blessed silence.Mum-Mums are baby friendly, dissolve easily, taste great (I won't feed my kids anything that I wouldn't eat), and are fabulous for snack time anywhere. The only person to have a problem with these is my husband, and he's only upset because my son learned to yell "Mum-Mum!" before "Da-Da." What can I say--the kid knows a good thing when he sees it!

Great starter food, little mess, easy on tummy, gluten free
All 3 of my kids have loved these as starter foods. If they can do Cheerios, they can do these. In fact, I think these are safer. They melt away in their mouths very quickly. For young babies just learning finger foods, they can be a little messy, but nothing like the mess left by things like teething biscuits! Very easy to clean up if they do drop them or smack them against the high chair tray. I've given these to all of my kids when they were ready for finger foods and they still like them - my 4 year old & 2 year old will now eat them with peanut butter, almost like sandwich cookies. They're made only of rice, so it's a great gentle food when they have an upset tummy or are recovering from a stomach bug - they're hungry, but I don't want to give them anything tough to digest. Also, they're gluten free - my son is allergic to wheat, so this was something he was allowed to have as a snack that isn't outrageously expensive. I wish I could still find them in stores local to me, but I can't so I've been ordering them from Amazon. We've had the original & banana flavors as well as the toddler version that come in strawberry when they're a little older. They love them all.

My Babies LOVE These!
I bought Mum-Mums for my (now) 6 yr old daughter when she was an infant, and I buy them by the case from Amazon for my twin 9-month olds now. They have been eating them since they were about 5-6 months old. THEY LOVE THESE. We just bought the Banana Flavor for the first time. When they see the box, they get so excited. One of the great things about Mum-Mums are that they are not messy. You can give them to them in a stroller, or in a shopping cart, or carseat, and there is no mess. They melt so quickly - great for babies without teeth. The few stores that carry Mum-Mums are always out of stock of the Infant ones, so I have resorted to buying them buy the case on Amazon, which is actually a better price, and I never have to worry that the store will be out of them.I noticed that one reviewer gave these a bad rating because they are a product of China, and not Australia as the Product Description says. I am pretty sure that all the Hot Kid products come from China, not sure why it says Australia, but I wouldn't let that deter you from purchasing.
