So easy and delicious - addictive
Knorr sauces are always excellent. The Bernasse is our favorite. It’s quick and easy to prepare with consistent results. We love it with steak, roast beef, roasted potatoes, fries, and mashed potatoes. I’m sure we’ll find other uses but we’re trying to limit ourselves because it’s addictive and caloric. So good.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is a great product and it's at many times hard to find in stock at grocery stores. Now I have it always on hand and never run out.

Great sauce mix . . .
I've been using this since 1981, after discovering "Bearnaise sauce" on a trip to Denmark. It's a high-quality mix that is easy and quick to prepare, rather than making it from scratch. Yes it IS a substitute, but it's very close in flavor and texture to scratch-made Bearnaise sauce. I can recommend it highly after 40+ years of use (particularly over hamburger steaks in my case!).
