These socks are GREAT!!! I ordered a size medium, I wear a women's size 7.5 shoe/boot and they fit perfectly. I think if my shoe/boots were a size smaller they might be too big but honestly they are worth it. I've bought many pairs of socks that claim to be for VERY cold weather (-10°F - -50°F or more) and have been really disappointed but with Carharrt, you get what you order and these are EXCELLENT socks. Not only are they thick and warm and fit perfectly, if you happen to move around a lot and sweat, they wick the moisture, which is VERY important in snow/cold when if you sweat in your socks you risk literally frozen socks but with these, that doesn't happen, even if you do sweat. 100% the best socks I've ever purchased!!!

SO warm and fluffy. Best socks. They are thick though so you won't be able to wear them with regular shoes. They fit perfectly in my combat boots that are a half size too big. Also they run a bit big so I have like a half an inch of empty sock at the end of my toes.

These socks were super comfortable and warm! They kept me super comfy while hiking Pike’s peak in April when it was still actively snowing.I’m usually super picky about wool socks as I find most of them itchy. So thankful these were super soft and comfy!

I read the reviews and decided to buy the large, the foot sizing is fine, but your legs need to be like broomsticks, very tight above the ankles , I am going to pass these to my skinny grandson…. They should keep his feet warm.

I have been in search of socks that will work with my best boots to keep my feet warm in extremely cold temperatures. These are my favorite go to socks on mornings that are running in single digit and sub zero temperatures. I wash them every day right after I get back from the barn. I also wear polypropylene sock liners to help wick the sweat better. I have two pairs of each and rotate constantly.I am out in the extreme weather every day for at least 3 hours if not longer.My feet get so cold that I loose feeling in my toes if I don't wear my absolute best boots and these socks in combination.Well worth the money.
