Waste of money
As there is only one option In Amazon and that is to return the item, I am unable to get any support. The link for the software installs ok and also on my phone so you can use picture mode. The phone software does nothing no connection does not talk with software or scanner. So I am at a loss as to weather I send it back or continue with no support. I have not yet managed to scan anything.

Best I've used, but still a way to go
I've used a few different methods of 3D scanning, from using an iPhone with multiple images to a Kinect to some basic 3d scanners and the Seal Lite is hands down the best I've used so far, but in my opinion we're still a way away from having an everyday scanner that makes life easy. The device comes with a fairly meaty cable that has 2 end connections, one to the computer required for scanning and one to provide power to the unit. This cable, while excellent quality, is frustratingly short and means you have to have the item needing to be scanned right next to the computer doing the work. I've not tried an extension yet but I expect the cable would need to be quite hefty and expensive. You don't get any supporting hardware with the unit either so you are just left with the device itself which isn't particularly ergonomic. Good news is it does have a standard tripod mounting lug so I took it upon myself to 3D print a grip to allow for a more natural scanning position which helps a lot.The sold-separately grip would be ideal but it's prohibitively expensive for what is essentially a handheld battery. If the grip was cheaper it'd be a no brainer and sadly you can't hook up the device directly to the phone as it uses some sort of proprietary driver which no matter how hard I tried I could not get to work in Android (the cameras showed up but would not work). However, as far as scanning goes, this is by far the easiest and most accurate scanner I've used to date and can produce some very good results as long as you're happy to play around with the settings to get the best results. Shiny surfaces are a no-go and areas with high contrast confuse it, but this is true of most 3D scanners so not necessarily an issue with the device.I know for sure I've not gotten the best out of it yet and it has a lot more to offer, but I feel with a longer cable and a cheaper grip this could be significantly better still.

Ideal for Entry-Level 3D scanning/printing
The media could not be loaded. I recently ordered the 3DMakerpro Seal Lite Scanner, and I must say, it's a game-changer for those venturing into the world of 3D scanning and printing. Running it on my Windows 11 Pro, the JMstudio program seamlessly complements its functionality. The scanner itself boasts impressive quality, delivering remarkable accuracy with a precision of 0.02mm at 10fps. What sets it apart is its user-friendly program, complete with a handy tutorial – a thoughtful touch for those new to the technology. However, it's worth noting that the kit is quite basic, arriving with only essential accessories like a charger and a data/charger cable. Unfortunately, it lacks extras such as a rotating base or tripod. This absence meant a bit of a learning curve for me, having to adapt and use my hands to operate the scanner effectively. In summary, the 3DMakerpro Seal Lite is an excellent choice for beginners or enthusiasts on a budget. Its simplicity, combined with impressive accuracy, makes it a valuable tool for those entering the fascinating world of 3D scanning and printing.

Best 3d Scanner I’ve Used So Far.
This scanner stands out in the crowded market with its impressive features that cater to both precision and speed. One of the standout features is the lightning fast 10FPS scanning speed for me. This not only accelerates my scanning process but it also ensures that i can swiftly digitise objects with efficiency. The high frame rate is particularly beneficial when I am dealing with complex shapes or intricate textures, providing a smoother and more accurate representation in my 3D models. The inclusion of anti shake lenses further helps my scanning experience, this helps me to minimise distortions, resulting in clear and sharper scans. Portability is a key strength of this scanner and with Its handheld design allows me to scan objects in various environments with precision.Overall the whole device is been well thought out and built very well and they have really gone to town on this scanner, I feel very confident using it and it has everything you need all in the one package. I love it and it has set the bar high for me within 3d scanning now.I just love it.
