The insoles to my favorite moccasins were worn and these provided needed padding and comfort. You do have to cut them to fit but it's not that difficult.

**Q: Is the yellow side sticky?**
A: It's not sticky at all. It's a foam layer, and even though it's not sticky, it does help the insole to stay in place and not move around in your shoe. I'm on my feet at work 60 hours a week and these are spectacular!
