These test strips are easy to run, and give an accurate reading. I am giving this review 5 stars because I had a quick question regarding the test results and contacted the company. Their customer support was excellent. They responded to my email with a return phone call within 5 minutes, and spent close to 1/2 hour on the phone going over wine chemistry. They even emailed me a few articles for reference. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company

My first time using this product and my starting malic acid in my chardonnay was >500 but after MLF it was 0-30 and completed! expensive but you know if your chemistry worked

Most economical way to monitor Malolactic Fermentation. I found when strip dries is where most accurate color comparison can be apparent.

Not at all reliable. Every one of my wines showed loads of malic, with only the slightest variation. So I ran the tests on a 2010 Brunello with rave reviews, and a nice Napa cab. Same exact thing. Erg. What a waste.
