Do get in touch with the company and, depending on the time of order, your statutory right is not compromised. Q: Does this bag smell? I've seen reviews for similar leather bags what say they have an awful odour from the tanning process.

The one I've had for 2-3 years now smelled quite nicely of leather when it came, but that's now faded. I can highly recommend this bag, it's been around the world with me and all I do its treat it to a bit of leather nourisher once in a while to stop it drying out and cracking. Very soft, good quality leather.

Q: Is there branding on the outside of bag?

There is no obnoxious branding on the bag. It looks good in whatever form you would use this bag. I love it. It is well padded and has a loop for a laptop, spacious enough for school, college, work. The best purchases I made for this kind of product. Rev Gabsi

yes by height just by depth - it’s not very deep so only a few sheets, else they’ll get dog eared. Good bag though.
