Does the job what it is intended.
Bought it to use my 4K TV and a 2K monitor as 2 displays from my laptop.The switch worked flawlessly..I believe this switch is bidirectional as they quote.In my case, 2 outputs and 1 input.Please note, this device is just a switch that produces 1 output at a time and not a splitter that clones the displays onto 2 displays.

Unreasonable Customer Support: A ₹200 Product, a Chennai Service Center, and Zero Solutions
It was difficult to contact customer support, and she didn’t help resolve my issue.Her behavior was very polite, but sweet talk alone doesn’t fix the problem.My product isn’t working, and she neither initiated a replacement nor processed a refund. Instead, she simply gave me a number, putting the responsibility on me to call the nearest service center and visit them with the product.I called, only to find that the service center is in Chennai—while I live in West Bengal.So for a ₹200 product that was delivered just four hours ago, I’m expected to travel from Kolkata to Chennai for a repair or replacement?How is that even reasonable?

Very compact and easy to use.
Edit on 14th Dec 2024 : Though the switch is convenient, both input units need to be powered on, for this device to work.Means :If both input devices are plugged to this, but only one is powered on, the switch doesn't work. Need to unplug the device that is not powered on, and select the port on switch, for it to work.But if both devices are powered on, and we need to toggle, its really just a push of a button...Old Review - after purchase : Needed this to switch between my cable and firetv stick. Good quality product as it has a metal casing, not plastic. Simple push of a button switches effortlessly between my to connections.

Don't waste your money
Don't waste your money it's been less than 3 months of purchase and the product has been not functioning properly from last 3 weeks display goes off .... Flickering screen ... Multiple colours on screen... so technically the product has worked for 2 months only. I am placing for a different product now. What a disappointment. Just avoid this product
