This tree completely exceeded my expectations! Whether in natural daylight or glowing at night, it brings a stunning, cozy elegance to the room. 🌿 The branches are full and beautifully textured — almost frosted-looking 💡 The built-in lights are soft and warm, creating a magical glow after dark 🎄 The size is just right — tall, lush, but not overwhelming Even during the day, it looks clean, sophisticated, and stylish with or without many decorations. I only added a few oversized ornaments and it still looks complete — minimal effort, maximum impact! Note: The white pampas feathers weren’t exactly like the product photo, they’re a bit subtler, but they still contribute to a soft, snowy vibe. This tree is the perfect blend of modern and festive. If you’re looking for something different from the traditional green or over-decorated look, this is it. I Would absolutely recommend it!

This tree looks really good. The lights are spaced just right. It requires some effort to fluff out the branches, but the tree is easy to assemble overall. If it lasts a few years, it’ll be a good value for the cost.

Gorgeous tree. Can’t believe the price and the quality. I’m so surprised because I read the other reviews but was still worried and took a chance. Putting it together was super easy. Didn’t take long to fluff out. Didn’t realize the 9ft was so large but happy I got the larger one. It’s so full and the best looking tree I’ve ever purchased over 40 years. I saw other trees this size over $800 and more. So pleased.

This Christmas tree looks beautiful and realistic! The warm lights are perfect, setup was easy, and it feels very full with plenty of branches. Sturdy stand and great size — really happy with it!

We ordered a 9’ flocked slim tree. After assembling, the top section of the tree had noticeably different colored lights. I messaged Naomi Home to try to get another top section without returning the whole tree, but they asked me the same question, “what part number?” About 10 times over the course of three days. It seemed like I was getting emails from a bot even though it was always from a different name. Then, instead of mailing me a new top section to fix the issue (like they offered to), they asked me if I would accept qn eighteen dollar credit to keep the defective tree. No thanks. Instead, I ordered another *identical tree* to try to correct the situation. When we received it, it was completely different than the first one. The parts from one tree didn’t look anything like the parts from the first tree. It was also only 8’5” tall, not 9’. I packed the second tree back in the original box and returned it because it was defective. Naomi home sent me a prepaid label for the package. But a week after returning it I got a notice that $54 had been deducted from my total refund for postage. Not cool. The return was due to their error - not mine. Amazon third party guarantee confirmed that I was due the whole refund. Yesterday I got an email from Naomi refunding $48 of the $54 they took for postage. It’s not even worth the hassle to contact Amazon again to get the additional $6. Bottom line, if you get a defective tree, they want YOU to pay to send it back to them. But one from someone else. Naomi Home’s customer service is terrible.

The tree itself is beautiful. It has 600 LED lights but the tree doesn’t put out a lot of light. If you don’t mind a tree that’s not overpowered by lights, it will work. I do love it but I do wish it had double the lights.

This tree was full, lush and has a realistic appearance. I will definitely buy another one in the near future for my dining room.

True to size. Very sturdy great value for the money. Got a lot of compliments. Branches where nice a study too
