Q: Some of the pictures shown here show a box that does not state the bars are gluten free. Does cookies and cream come in both gluten free and not?

From their website: http://www.promaxnutrition.com/products/faq --All Promax bars are certified gluten-free by the GFCO (Gluten Free Certifying Organization). The GFCO defines the standard for gluten-free as less than 10 ppm which is half the proposed FDA standard of 20 ppm gluten. GFCO certification requires that each ingredient has been evaluated and approved by the GFCO as gluten-free. In addition, strict standards have been set in the manufacturing facility to assure no cross-contamination. Finally, the finished product is tested as final assurance that Promax bars comply with the GFCO certification.

Q: I need bars with expiration date a year from now can u send me bars that fresh?

The bars GoldenTrainer has right this minute has 09/03/14. We order weekly, so depending on how many you need, feel free to call and we can contact Promax and figure out what their current dates are.

All Promax bars are made in the US.

Yes, there is. It is a mushy texture too in case you are wondering. The nutty crunch bars are delicious. Covered also in chocolate :)
