Topo AthleticWomen's Lightweight Comfortable 0MM Drop ST-5 Road Running Shoes, Athletic Shoes for Road Running

Just received my first pair of Topo ST-5s and am already in love! Have lived in Altra Solstice's but haven't been as crazy about the XT2s as I was about the originals so went searching for an alternative and I have definitely found it! These shoes are great, and every bit as described - wide toe box, zero drop, insanely comfortable! I have a weird foot issue so I rarely wear socks and these are so comfortable barefoot!Ordering another pair just so I have a backup when needed! Other reviews mentioned that they run a little small, I'd say just slightly; I'm usually between a 9 and a 9.5 and the 9.5 fits great. Ordered the gray and they're really more a white, which was what I was hoping for! Beyond thrilled at this point!!

I gone through three pairs of these already. I’ve tried brooks, clouds, hokas and I always come back to these. Once your feet get used to the zero drop it’s hard to go back to a slant! I do recommend the darker colors as they do stain easily (but maybe that’s just me).

These are the first Topo I’ve purchased. Good looking shoe, wide toolbox, fits well. I ordered a half size larger due to the reviews and that was accurate for me. I normally wear an 8 1/2 but ordered a size 9. The shoes do have a shallow heel cup, but that does not matter for performance. I got these shoes to replace Altra Escalante. The Altra company has been downhill in quality, shoes barely last 2-3 months and they don’t know what the color black looks like. The photo is 2.5 Escalante. 4 stars for the ST-5 because the soles do not absorb anything. Was going to return but decided to buy comfort insoles instead. It’s so hard to find a good quality shoe, wide toe box, for jogging/walking. These are fine for now but will keep looking.

I was already a fan of topo for running shoes, and needed a more neutral foot position for lifting in the gym with ample toe space. These fit the bill perfectly and I will be buying them in another color asap.

These shoes run 1/2 a size small. I gave 4 stars as I think they are overpriced for the quality. They are light weight and have a nice roomy toe box. The arch is prominent though, but fine. I got used to it within a week. Upgraded reviews to 5 stars after wearing at work 8 hours per day they are holding up and seem more durable than they did initially.

I have a problem called Hallux Rigidus on my right foot. I can’t wear normal shoes at this point, and most shoes, even if they have wide fronts, still cause pain. These shoes are the only ones I can wear that are comfortably wide in the front but fit the rest of my foot.I have no negatives to write.

Color: The color of the actual shoe is almost white, not the light gray shown in the pictures.Fit: I wear a 9.5 in Altra (Superior and Fwd Experience) but ordered a 10 for this shoe. The length, toe box, and heel were perfect. My issue was that the mid foot was so narrow that the molding of the shoe pushed against my arch. I don’t have wide feet but I guess since I primarily wear shoes that allow my arch to be free these just didn’t feel right. If it wasn’t for the arch I would have kept them.

They are so good for my personal use, badminton, and they are soft with a slight arch support.
