Very disappointed
When I received the Nikai Microwave Oven, the package was fully damaged and looked messy. The hard case cover was broken, and the thermocol inside was also damaged.I returned it immediately, and the delivery person took the item back on the spot as it was not in good condition. Very disappointed.

Quality is very cheap
Very baffling touch system. Even in 1 week of usage the protective sheet for the touch screen is damaged. Totally unsatisfactory.
