Efficient and Effective Oil Heater
I recently purchased this oil heater for my office, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. The assembly process was a breeze, and I had it up and running in no time. One of the most striking features of this heater is its exceptional heating capabilities. It efficiently warms up my office space, providing a level of warmth that far surpasses that of a traditional fan heater. The heat feels gentle and soothing, creating a comfortable environment for work or relaxation. The oil heater's ability to maintain a consistent and cozy temperature has made it an indispensable addition to my workspace. Not only is it effective at heating the room, but it also operates quietly, allowing me to focus without any distractions. In conclusion, I am extremely satisfied with my oil heater. Its ease of assembly, impressive heating performance, and quiet operation make it a standout choice for anyone in need of a reliable and efficient heating solution. I highly recommend this oil heater to anyone seeking to enhance the comfort of their living or working space.

I liked this powerful little heater so much, I just ordered 2 more!
I bought this AirOrig oil-filled radiator heater to replace a very old DeLonghi radiator heater in my cold winter kitchen (no central heating) after its cord caught fire (luckily I was there to immediately put out the fire before it did much damage). This AirOrig radiator is a lot smaller than the DeLonghi, but I knew that before I bought it, because I looked at its advertised dimensions (13.8"D x 9.5"W x 23.7"H). It is smaller, but has the same 1500W specifications ass the bigger heater it replaced, and I find it just as powerful, and at half the price!I keep a thermometer about 7 feet away from where I put a heater in my kitchen. While I was waiting for this radiator to arrive, I used a portable Heat Storm infrared heater rated highly by Consumer Reports. I discovered that this AirOrig radiator, after it arrived, made the temperature rise on the thermometer more quickly at first than the Heat Storm. That is thanks to the heater quietly radiating gentle warmth on two sides and top, instead of using a loud fan to push heat out of a small vent. This small lightweight unit in black is attractive and mounting the wheels is easy and intuitive (no thanks to the tiny diagrams in the instructions). The simple old-fashioned analog heat setting dials are easy to use without any digital touchpads or remote controls to complicate things. As I said in this review title, I liked it so much, I just ordered two more while the item is an Amazon Deal less than $50!

FALSE advertising. Not a true 1500W Heater... BUT it's still worth it
As you can see in my pictures, I LOVE oil heaters and I am very familiar with them. I love how they do not 'dry out the air' and run silently compared to conventional ceramic heaters. This oil heater is advertised as 1500W but is actually only 1100W at max power as shown.I SHOULD be giving this a 1-Star review due to blatant false advertisement... but I can't argue with the value for the price I paid ($42 with a coupon). If you can get it for under $50 on sale/coupon you're still getting an excellent value for the money despite the false specifications. $40-$50 is the usual price for 'mini' oil heaters, not the big ones. That was the short review. If you want to hear about all the technical and nerdy stuff then please continue reading. In my picture you can see that I own a true 1500W full-sized heater and a 'mini' oil heater for comparison. The first thing I noticed was how small the box the heater came in was, and sure enough it's actually not a true 'full-size'. This makes sense because it's not a true 1500W heater like I've stated. You can see just how much shorter, narrower, and skinny it looks compared to my old Kenwood (which draws 1540W). I would consider this heater a 'medium size'.This can be a positive because it takes up less space and weighs less making it easier to move around.A bathroom scale shows that it only weighs 14.2lbs which is very light. You can easily pick it up and carry it. You WILL need to carry it because the caster wheels barely work and don't spin around when you try to roll it.The heater has 3 manual heat options (low/med/high).The advertised wattage (on the box too) is (600W/900W/1500W)The ACTUAL Wattage is as follows:Low is 475W, Med is 675W, High is 1100W. (475W/675W/1100W)I ran a test to see if (and when) the heater would cycle itself off to prevent overheating while running at MAX power and the thermostat set to MAX.If oil heaters don't have enough surface area to dissipate the heat they will cycle themselves off. This is why my real 1500W heater is bigger and has much bigger fins and has no problem running continuously. This oil heater is smaller and has flat fins so less surface area, but it also uses less wattage. Here are my results:It can run for 45 Minutes at full power and then it will disengage Med Heat and operate in Low Heat (475W) mode until it cools down. I actually find that pretty impressive. It can run for quite a long time at full power and even when it needs to cool down it still runs at low power without having to shut off completely so it will continue to output a lot of heat. You won't notice this besides an audible click, that's the beauty of oil heaters. For reference, my 'mini' oil heater runs at 700W but it simply doesn't have enough surface area and after about 10 minutes it starts cycling itself on/off every 5 minutes. The front 'face' of the heater is actually made of metal except the part with the knobs and handle. This actually acts like more surface area to dissipate heat, but it also means it gets very hot to the touch.I tested the tip over protection and it does cut power off no problem. However, the wheels stick out really far (which I think looks ugly) but it should make it really hard to tip over. And speaking of the wheels, they were very easy to put on, simply a hook with a thumb screw. No tools needed. The extension cord is 16AWG and 7 feet long.It also comes with a spot to roll up the cable to store it which is nice. Not much else to say. It's a basic oil heater with manual controls which means it should basically last forever (assuming it doesn't leak). No screens or buttons to go bad. Everything is physical including the thermostat.I'll say it again, I'm giving this 4-Stars only because I can really appreciate this heater for what you get for the price (under $50) despite the false claims. You can get 2 of these for the price of a fancy one. I paid $40 for my 'mini' oil heater but I got nearly double the 'heater' for $2 more with this one.1100W will do the job for a bedroom, restroom, or small office, but I don't recommend it for anything bigger than that. This was not a sponsored review. If this helped you I would appreciate marking it as helpful. Thanks! :)

Heats room well
I like that the heater is light weight and still sturdy. It takes a bit to heat up. After it does though, it works very well on the space I’m using it in. The room is approximately 20’X30’. The unit is hot to the touch so wouldn’t recommend it for areas where children or pets have access. As a side note, please never leave any space heaters unattended while on. I even unplug mine when I leave the room. Too many house fires happening.

It's not big but it does put out heat, and it is silent
I'm happy with this purchase. First if you are looking for something with a fan, this is not what you want. This is a radiator, which is just puts out heat without any sound. So, if that is what you want, this little radiator is a good price. The wheels could be a little smoother, but I'll try using WD40 on them when I can take it outside. It's easy to assemble. It's not too heavy. Easy instructions.

It seems very nice except it doesn't put out the heat as I hoped it would,.
It didn't put out as much heat as other oil heaters I have like this. I guess it wasn't meant to. However I believe it is much safer than the other oil heathers I have had. It is made to be safe, so it is nice for smaller bedrooms or bathrooms or other small areas. If you are aware of this and will fit your needs for lower heat output but just right for smaller areas then I would highly recommend this room heater. I would trust this heater to run during the night. I don't trust some of my higher heating oil heaters like I do this one.
