Good for body pump, shame legs don't lock in
Perfect length and height for body pump tracks. As I keep it one place it has felt fairly solid but would agree with others that the fact that the legs don't lock in is an annoyance when setting up or doing anything that involves quickly stepping up and down. If you're just using it for presses it's a great length though and a decent price.

I’ve had this for nearly two years now. I use it about twice a week, and it’s held up great. I wanted more risers (for more height - not wear and tear!), and since they aren’t sold here, I contacted the company. They are shipping them out to me! Great service!

Lo step è perfetto sia per fare esercizi di aerobica sia per allenamento con bilanciere o altro,avendo una base molto grande , inoltre è molto stabile .Costo superiore alla media ma ben spesi !

Muy buena calidad. Idéntico al que te puedas encontrar en un gimnasio profesional. Anteriormente había comprado otro de otra marca para iniciarme en el step y este es mucho mejor. Resistente y seguro. Lo recomiendo.
