I would like to preface this by saying that my husband did not use only the hardware that was in the package to install the bidet and that my bidet has warm water so I don't know if its coming only from the same feed to the toilet because that only has cold water. That being said, oh my goodness...there is no going back! Getting a bidet is a lifestyle change. Its an absolute must for cleanliness and I really can't ever see being without one ever again. I love that you can adjust the water pressure with the knob and direct it to exactly where you want it with the sprayer. I highly, highly, highly recommend getting a bidet and this kit in particular and I give it five stars!

Everybody should have a "real" bidet at home, like they do in Southern Europe.If you never had it, you may think it's useless, but if you ever had it, you can't live without.Unfortunately not every bathroom has the space for one.I have two bathrooms and both have no space to install one unfortunately, so this sprayer is a decent alternative. Of course you have to consider it will be cold water... but you get used to it, and it will always be better than paper alone.

The instructions need to be more precise. I had a friend, who is a plumber/heat/cooling guy by trade, help me with this. The angle of my bathroom was not ideal, admittedly. In any case, apparently you need a wrench to install this. I didn’t have one so the bidet installation is on hold for now. It seems the tape was also flimsy. The bidet itself appears beautiful, for what it’s worth. A lovely and convenient attachment to prevent ever having to use toilet paper again.

I installed this and could not get it to stop leaking no matter what I did. The handle and sprayer seem solid and good quality but that doesn't matter if you have water leaking all over your floor.

Easy to install, very flexible hose, and easy to adjust the pressure and volume of the sprayer right on the sprayer head itself. You don't tighten them as you would with Teflon tape on bare threads, these have rubber "O" rings in the fittings if you over-torque them, they will leak. I just tighten them to hand tight then test with the water pressure on and tighten about 1/4 turn more past any driping.The only odd thing is that they tell you to turn off the valve that comes with it at the bottom of the tank each time you use it. Fortunately, it is easy to reach under the corner of the tank to do so, but it makes me feel like they are not too confident that the hand valve won't leak over time.

Bought this to install in my master bathroom. Unfortunately the T-joint / Hand held hose leaks. I’ve tried it both with and without the extra washer. There is a steady leak.The instructions have a big warning sign that says “turn T-joint off” after each use to prevent leaks. However, all the residual water in the hose has to somewhere, even if you do turn off after each use. Sorry, bad design and bad quality. I am returning this for sure.

This bidet works great. It is very simple and easy to install. The quality of the material used is good and sturdy. The packaging it came with is nice and secured. Really a game changer. Since you can adjust and control the pressure I can also use this in cleaning my bath tub. Aside from this bidet being affordable, it helps maintain a good hygene and a clean toilet. So totally recommend it.
