When I left my doctor's office, I was given some steri-strips to put over my surgical scar. They were flesh-tone, and you couldn't tell I had them on. I ran out of them and came here and ordered this product.I was surprised to find out these were clear/white strips, and that they show up on my skin.This isn't a big deal for me, in that my surgery is on my shoulder/upper arm area and I can wear short sleeves. If I am sleeveless though, it's obvious I have these strips on. The skin colored ones were invisible.I highly recommend this product. It not only keeps the surgical site clean and secure, it also helps keep the scar flat. Just be aware that these are not skin colored and are thus are visible on your skin. I would recommend getting the skin-toned ones if this matters to you.

So I've been using the 3m steri strips 1/4 inch for a while now and I love them. However, this particular packaging has steri strips that are about half the size of standard steri strips. I really prefer to cut them to the size I want on my own. These are really short. I also thought that this was a great price, but it's really not because it's only three in a pack (as apposed to ten) and their tiny. Bottom line, very little for the money. On the plus side, it comes in a nice lucite storage container.

If you're prone to minor lacerations, have some of these in your med kit. Or be more careful. They do seem to demand that your skin be oil-free and dry to stick well, though. And the 1/4-inch size might be more versatile, if you don't want both.

This price is for ONE package of 3 strips. For the price they are charging you should get the box, not just one package.

Shame on me for not paying attention to description carefully. This is one sterile pack of only 3 strips. I can’t believe I paid the price for 3 strips. Who would even bother to sell only 3 strips? I’m sure seller counts on others to do the same as me.
