These worked very well following jaw surgery. There's two sets of ice packs which can be soaked and frozen and the band is decent.The packs stay cold long enough for relief and are the best comprimise of light and effective for someone who has had jaw surgery.

Really good if you have just had a new titanium jaw surgery! Always put the packs in cold water first to build them up, and put them in the freezer, they don't last hours, but are great for what i need them for, and for the price.

I bought this item as I had three impacted wizdom teeth out along with a bit of jaw bone. They look a little cheap but saying that they did the job and anyone having the same thing should 100% get this.

Really good for swelling around the jaw area especially tooth ache I had them for when I had wisdom teeth out and they worked

This product was very useful after wisdom teeth removal. It’s just very practical to be able to strap the ice packs over your head this way because the cold is immediately in the right place and not too bulky.

Cooling packs are awful. Still used the band itself to hold more useful ice packs in place without getting my hands cold.

I put in freezer overnight but when used it lasted under an hour.

Really pleased with it, its different to a girl pack but it has helped me with arthritis in my jaw and nerve problems.
