If, like me, you experience ongoing chronic pain or health challenges, then this product is for you. I've intentionally grounded myself barefoot on the earth for several years and have enjoyed its powerful healing and calming effect. However, now that I'm traveling more and also spending time in colder climates, earthing isn't always feasible. Having been aware of products like these, I purchased it, and I was immediately impressed. The day it arrived, I lied down for an afternoon nap and woke up feeling completely refreshed and invigorated. I also love that warm electrical feeling enveloping my body. You can feel the effects, especially when you have more of your body touching the mat. Those of you who already do grounding or earthing regularly know what i mean... The product does come with a simple outlet tester, although the documentation is a bit confusing about this. So, I took that as a bonus. Always test the outlet before using it! I love the portability and compact size of this product; I probably would have bought the smaller size, but I'm pleased with it nonetheless. I can recommend this product for effectiveness, quality of manufacture, durability, and overall value.

I decided I really needed to make a review of this. I actually shared this to my Facebook page. I have researched and researched looking at all the different mats and sheets and things like that. Because I believe that this is a true science. So I landed on this map and at the time it was $39. It has now went up to 59 but it has worked tremendously. I don’t know about the sleep issue. I do feel like I’m sleeping more, but I wake up a little sleepy and that could just be me. But here is the big one. I have hip pain from sciatica and back issues. When I say hip pain, I mean every morning when I wake up, I feel a little miserable because my hips hurt. They just ache and my legs hurt. Probably about 10 days after putting this mat in my bed and laying my legs on it the pain is gone. I mean, the pain is gone and yes, I still have some lower back pain because that’s a bone issue, but the aching that I had in the inflammation that I felt is gone. Now when I do a task like mowing the lawn on a hill and my leg hurts real bad instead of hurting for a week it might last for a day lol. I am so happy and amazed with these mats. It’s like a miracle. So my son, his leg was hurting him real bad and I had him sleep on the mat And voilà. He felt better the next day. This absolutely does work, but you have to use the little plug-in thing to see if your room is grounded first because my living room was not grounded. That’s why it ended up in the bedroom in my bed because that room was grounded. And you can feel I don’t know it just feels like a tingle maybe on my legs when I lay my legs on it But honest to God it really is amazing. Now I’m trying to find sheets that I can afford for the whole family. And you can give it a try and I think you can return it if you don’t like it, but it is like a leather feel. It’s very thick and nice, but I put it in the bed under my legs. I know it’s meant to just put under your feet when you’re watching TV you’re at a desk, but you can lay on it.

I am a fan of grounding and have a mattress pad for myself. I purchased this mat to use for my dog. He has hip dysplasia and Osteoarthritis. I placed the mat under the fabric cover of his bed. He used to only sleep on this bed at night. Now, he chooses to lay on it during the day too. He seems happier, has more energy and less pain. He is moving much better. Loving this for him!

Thus far, we feel that this grounding mat has helped with better sleep. It's easy to install and every morning I stand on it while getting ready at our counter. Lightweight, it's easy to clean and move if needed.

Doesn't come with any instructions and hard to tell if it is helping or not.

It's working, I'm 69 and my stiffness is completely gone and I've had my grounding mat 3 days.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am so happy I purchased this grounding mat. First of all, it comes with an outlet tester and I'm so glad this was included with the mat, because one of my outlets wasn't working properly. I plugged into the properly working outlets per the tester. Second, after using this grounding mat for merely a few days, I started noticing a real difference. I could sleep better and longer. I could also feel my feet tingling a bit when they are on the mat. Nothing electrical, but I certainly feel a sensation in my feet and legs. Also I had some bruises on my legs that disappeared shortly after I started using this mat, when my bruises last a long time to heal. This mat is worth every penny and I feel calmer, more relaxed once I start using this mat. I am very happy with my purchase and I now look forward to using this mat every day. My body loves It!

Very good product, I recommend it!!

I think this thing helped me out a lot with my leg pains. As a chef, I stand on my feet and this summer was rough. I started to use decompression socks for the first time, got proper shoes, and also got into having regular feet baths. Not sure what helped how. But I'm pretty confident that this mat is doing it's part. I use it daily and not planning on quitting.
