The media could not be loaded. After a visit to a&e after a terrible painful 5 weeks , to be told I need a new knee, and to invest in a strong support with metal supports on each side, I opted for this knee support. I had been wearing a knee wrap, which helped a little, but the pain was harsh. After having this support on for a day, I felt the relief as it seemed to align my knee and keep it stable. My pain has halved.. Long may this last. I know I will be wearing it for a while, as of the waiting time, for surgery etc. It looks bulky, but it is a substantial piece of kit and I think, worth the money. As you can see from the video, it does bend, but not easily. If things change, I will update this review. I'm a woman in my 60's, if this helps in any way and still working. I feel this will help me get back to work gor at least light duties.

Now over 80 years old, suffered problems with left knee joint for decades as a polio victim in my teenage years.Have a broken patella, vulgas, hyperextenion and arthritis in outer part of knee joint. After just a few days it was obvious that this new type of knee brace from NEENCA is a brilliant piece of equipment. The manufacturing attention to detail and quality is superb, and the fit is perfect to the size chart, doesn't slide up, down or sideways. Can be worn all day without discomfort, having used many types of brace over the years this one is a total revelation, braces purchased at five times the price of this one and have not matched the quality and performance. Well done to all involved HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

It good support for your knee, is adjustable and comfy to wear but a little heavy after long periods.

it grips the knee and stays in place when used.Its important to order the correct size.You cannot go wrong with this kit it really works to ease the pain of a dodgy knee,

followed size guidelines and measured says i should be a large but was oversized ordered one size down still didnt fit returned, also buckle for the strap was flimsy

Very sturdy and lovely item. Problem is size was too large despite meticulous measurements. Need to order about a size to two sizes down.

This knee support is really good, it’s really comfortable and with thin mess behind knee so not bulky, though in hot weather it can get a bit sweaty. With the side metal bars it’s helping to stop my knee clonking right out to the side, I feel safer in it. Size wise I was just about on the boundary so brought next size up as well but the smaller of the too was perfect and you can tighten the Velcro up to as tight as you like. It’s taken me a long time to buy something like this because of price but it is definitely well worth it.

Could not put any weight on knee it took me awhile to find one now I can at least hobble it does make you sweat and get sore creases the sweat is nothing like the others that I have bought and all you have to do about the creases make sure the material at the back it straight before you Velcro

It fits well and provides excellent support. I have used an adequate but simpler device for years. They were tired and needed to be replaced. This item looked like it would work well and I wanted to try it. Using a cloth measuring tape found that I was in the large size; so ordered. In general it fits fine but the top strap like strip is tight which makes it feel a bit tight on the top area but in general the device seems to fit perfectly. I have worn it about four or five times now for several hours and it feels ok. It certainly stays in place very well. The old ones that I have been using walked down my leg continuously and had to be pulled up often so it is a bit of discomfort but a major improvement in function.

I’ve been suffering pain and stiffness around knee area and LT band from playing tennis. After the problem was relieved from physical therapy, I decided to look for a stronger brace to help stabilize the knee area. The regular compression knee sleeve I had used before did not provide enough cushion around patella. I tried several other products with metal hinges on the sides and Velcro strap to secure the braces. They were just too stiff and did not fit well. The NEECA knee brace is very comfortable while providing sufficient support. It allows me to enjoy playing tennis again. I could play tennis for hours without feeling discomfort. II’m so happy about the purchase.

This brace feels comfortable at 1st, but as I move, it slides down. I ordered 2 more of these in different sizes, & the same thing happens with sliding down. They are also too bulky to wear under jeans. The great thing is that after wearing them for a few days, my knees actually strengthened, & are okay again! So I do recommend them, but realize that they slide & don't fit under jeans. I'm very thankful for this product & the company.
