Love this sweetener. I have totally replaced any sugar needs with monkfruit. I used to be able to buy this locally for a good price, but now, it is only available at a local grocery store, and the mark up on price is ridiculous. Monkfruit is a product that provides a natural flavor without the aftertaste of so many other sweeteners. It actually seems a bit sweeter than regular sugar so I tend to lessen the amount in a recipe of ordinary sugar. I love it in my homemade lemonade also.

Definitely very close to sugar in terms of the natural tasting. No weird aftertaste. Very easy to use. Maybe not as intense as sugar in sweetness, just down by a slight notch. Yet, there are no other sweetener that tastes better than this. Pricy but probably worth the health benefits.
