My original grommet was completely chewed up. This one fits perfectly in my '07 Tundra. Somewhat easy to install, but you have to get some needle nose plyers to remove the old grommet. Easier said than done. Once the old is out, the new pops in relatively easy. Looks great with a stubby antenna.

Fits perfect easy install! Does the job!!

Worked like a champ, fit like a glove! I cut what was left of the old one with a knife and used needle nose pliers to pull the pieces out. Then I just used a little soapy water on the antenna base and the inside of the grommet and it went into place with minimal effort.
