THE NORTH FACE5-Panel Recycled 66 Hat

I’m a little bummed as I bought this hat to go on a birthday trip to Kauai in a couple days. It was packaged fine, in typical Amazon fashion—but for some reason still arrived smushed or flattened. As another reviewer mentioned, the top looks weird, fit is a little weird and the cardboard insert that usually keeps hats propped up and from getting smushed was totally bent and smashed down. Not sure if the hat’s just been stored away for a long time. Needs to be reshaped or something. I would like to return but not sure if I have time. A little disappointed and disheartened.

Fit is weird- the top portion fits weird on the head.
