Always get the RPI Fan. Can’t Go Wrong
The quality of official Raspberry Pi fan is phenomenal.It’s made out of metal. It’s got a nice solid feel it fits right on nicely with aesthetics andpurpose designed to keep devices operating at optimal temperatures.I highly recommend that you invest in good quality fans and other miscellaneous odds and ends as skimping on hardware essentials could lead to issues later on like speed or in adequate power supply, etc.

a must-have for a pi with a hat
I recently added ai hat that came with passive radiator only. the cpu-intensive jobs were cooking the cpu sandwitched between the boards, tconstantly hrottling at 85C. with the active cooler the temp now peaks at 75C, usually less, no throttling, and much quiter that the top cover fan.

Good RPI5 Cooler
This is a great cooler. It’s very quiet — I can only hear it if I put my ear right up to the device — and the fan spins fast enough to keep everything cool. The build quality is impressive too; it’s made from aluminum (not plastic), which gives it a much sturdier and more premium feel. Overall, very satisfied!
