I love these dumbells they allow me to workout from home! The grip is ergonomic.

Everyone at my house uses these in some capacity from my 10 y/o to my husband. Worth the money 100%

Works fine for home workout. Changing weights is not quick so plan workouts ahead of time. Major issue for me is I can't use the bar function with all the plates due to it being too small to sit in my shoulders. The inside plate will dig into my back so I have to take off 1 plate from the inside so I can use it. The dumbbells are very long for smaller people and will likely not allow for a full motion of some exercises. But other then that, they work fine for a small home gym

This worked ok for about 2 months. It was annoying that it kept coming loose in the middle and I constantly had to tighten it. It is also a hassle to change the weights, it takes about 5 minutes to unscrew everything when it should take seconds. But what led me to write this review is that it came loose and broke where it attaches in the middle (shown in picture) and there is grease coming out of it. Not safe, do not buy. Get a regular barbell.

I was tired of my gym being closed then I decided to purchase some weights to keep me in shape. I like the versatility and the barbell has been working great for me. A friendly tip is that it does take a while to switch the weights so you gotta plan out your workouts to keep the switching to the minimum. Fantastic idea to battle the pandemic.

This was a perfect addition to my home gym. Strong. Sturdy and of good quality. The barbell has become my favourite to use, but having the options to make dumbells too is very handy!The customer service responded to my inquiries quickly and I'm very impressed overall. I will definitely suggest this to my friends. An investment well spent!

We were looking for something versatile but inexpensive for our home gym. This does the trick. I love the ability to adjust the weight, and convert between dumbbell and barbell. It is rather annoying to change mid-workout though, so I try to plan my workout around the weight setup for each day. Also keep in mind if you’re using it as dumbbells with only 1 plate on each side, the pole is quite long, can kind of get in the way. Overall though happy with the product. It does it’s job and is definitely more affordable that an entire weight set.

Works well, got 90lb, weights enough for to buils strength. one of the spare screws was defective, with no orange plastic cover, and a broken tooth on it. I complained, they should send me a new one. But it is ok, since it is a spare and the other ones work fine. Make sure you carefully put everything together slowly and carefully, so you don't stripp the threads. Good, heavy enough weights for a decent workout. adjustable and can be easily put away and stored out of site when not in use. Amazon, should send me a spare plastic screw to replace the defective one ( but is a spare but is not necessary) but you should still get what you paid for, I asked them to send me another screw, but I doubt, and am unable to get service for this to happen. Will not buy another weight set from Amazon again, because of this.

I have received the dumbbells but the accessory- metal connector is missing in the package. In paper attached, it says all accessories are present but this was missing.
