I'm just starting to make candles and I love this wax melter. It's perfect for getting started quickly. I like that it comes with wicks, stickers, and wick holders. The quality is very good, it works perfectly, and it's very easy to use. I was able to melt around 8 to 10 pounds of wax in 15 minutes, just as advertised. It's a perfect product if you're starting out in the world of candle making, and I recommend it one hundred percent.

Used this machine to make candle favors for my daughter’s wedding. Worked well but it wasn’t very stable on a flat surface, probably needs better rubber cushions on lower section of the warmer. All in all it did a great job in melting the wax evenly.

I really like the size and weight of this unit, and even though the base is plastic, it ask send very sturdy. Took a pic of the inside so you get a better idea of the size.

I'm new to candle making, and figured I'd give this a try. I like that it comes with wicks, stickers, and wick holders - which I wasn't expecting, but is nice that they included. Build quality is good, it works well, and I don't think it's possible for it to be easier to use. I was able to successfully melt around 8-10lbs of wax in the 15 minute window as advertised. I had no issues with faucet clogs either, which made me very happy. If you're starting your candle journey and looking for a step up (like me) you'll be happy with this.

Temperature is not accurate at all. I wiped it out with a dampened paper towel before use. First batch of wax it ended up with specs and pieces of black debris. I wiped it out again, ran boiling water through it as the directions said, and wiped out all kinds of black stuff, hoping this would resolve the issue. I heated up another fresh pound of wax and same thing, tons of black debris in the wax. Boiled water in it and black stuff on my paper towel is only increasing more and more, especially in the crevasses around the outer bottom rim, black dust and chunks of black. It's not going away. I read through reviews and don't see that anyone else has experienced this. Perhaps I received a used one with someone else's project remains? Also the bottom of the pot has a scratch in it? Maybe the black coating is coming off? No Idea but this pot has ruined pounds of wax. I will upload photos soon.

Out of the box this feels like a high quality, well made product. So easy to use!! This is a great size for someone to make their own candles, you wouldn’t be able to make huge batches of candles. It was perfect for what we needed. It heated the wax quickly and evenly. The spout is nice, it is also heated so it doesn’t clog. There was not any dripping from the spout when it was turned off. Is was very easy to clean when we were done. The instructions were included and were easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this wax melter to anyone looking to make candles. Very reasonable price for a high quality product.

very useful, heats up quickly, sort of easy to clean, but really well built and easy to set to specific desired temperature

Even after hours, the wax is not melting, no improvement showing. I even tried the highest temperature and after 5 minutes, it stops heating and start insulation. There’s no way to use it and I lost a lot of wax trying to make this work. Just to see if there was a bit of melted wax, I tried to open the faucet and nothing. Do not recommend, big waste of money

Gave it 1Star because I couldn’t give Zero Stars, 2nd day using it and it’s Done! Tried troubleshooting Everything and can’t put anything more than what you see in this video, 185+ F and it can’t melt more then a few cups of wax… Absolutely NO way to contact anyone about it and No way to contact seller on Amazon I Don’t Want A Refund! I Would like it Replaced! UPDATE: They actually sent me a replacement after some trouble shooting 👍👍
