I love the engraving but didnot expect it to be this small. My bad for not checking the size properly but with the size and the price, I do not think its worth it.It was delivered in a padded envelope. Not gift box at all. It didn’t help that i got another board from a different seller and i paid way less cheaper. Because this one is more expensive- I expect it to be amazingly beautiful and bigger. But the other board i received exceeded my expectation- beautifully packed - the outside is with normal brown box and the inside is using beautiful gift box.The engraved is beautiful but too small and too pricey for me

There was a small issue with delivery but after contacting customer service, it was resolved quickly, they even sent a new board with an apology letter. Because of that, I will order again. Board is cute and detail is great.

When you do a custom piece with custom lettering, you need to pay attention to how things lay out in the final product. As you can see not centered for the date underneath and not the same distance from letter to foliage in the first names. Also, the walnut is much darker than portrayed in the picture. It becomes hard to see the lettering from a distance. Next time I get something custom, I want a guarantee on workmanship. A designer needs to look at it and say, "If this were me, would I accept it?".
