Brilliant butter dish

Really disappointed. I wish I had read the reviews first. The glass is chipped and poorly made. I don't recommend this at all.

absolutely delighted with this butter dish and will order another one soon, heavy strong glass you can feel the quality and the butter stays fresh

The butter dish looks really stylish, it is also weighty and feels like it will survive plenty of knocks. The only thing to remember is that this is made for French or American style butter shapes so it is a little narrower than Britsh butter shapes so you need to cut the butter down to fit which is a bit of a chore but otherwise - very pleased.

Looks lovely in the picture but when i opened it the many protruding sharp glassy edges gashed my hands to ribbons. I bled everywhere and sent it back.

Looks OK in the picture. When I unwrapped it - it had very sharp edges and the base didn't quite coincide with the top. I had to get a file to file down the sharp and ill-fitting edges. A real piece of chunky junk.

Diese Butterdose ist leider für Deutsche Butter zu klein man müsste jedes mal einen Streifen ab schneidenum sie in die Dose legen zu können das muss man sich aber nicht antuen ich habe sie zurück geschickt.Der Hinweis das diese Dose für deutsche Buttermaße nicht geeignet ist fehlt leider.

Scharfe Kanten, schlechte Qualität, Butterstück passt nicht im Ganzen, relativ teuer .... zusammengefasst ein Fehlgriff ....! jetzt ist sie nunmal da und wird benutzt.... nächstes mal lese ich die Rezensionen genauer

Die Butterdose sieht edel und hochwertig aus. Allein: ein halb-Pfund-Butterstück (von Lidl, Aldi, Rewe) passt nicht rein, ohne vorher abgehobelt zu werden. Wir haben die Dose zurückgegeben.
