Hethrone Pens set, Waterproof Ink Drawing Pens for Artists Sketching, Writing, 8 Size Sepia

I NEVER write reviews but this journey was almost a month in the making....My favorite brand of sepia liners ended up getting discontinued almost two months ago so I had ordered a few different brands from Amazon to replace them. In my photo you can see the box labeled "Original" from my favorite brand, the darker boxes and squiggles are from another brand that claimed to be sepia but was far too dark for me as well as feathered regularly. I even used this other brand for a month to see if the colors faded or if my emotions would change. Nothing. I adore the reddish, oxidized look from the ink so much because when I color my pieces in it makes the whole picture look soft as opposed to drawing with black (or that dark "sepia").These just happened to pop up out of nowhere and I got next day delivery because I was excited. So when these liners came in this morning I had to try them out--a near perfect match!! (My messy handwriting is definitely due to my excitement, haha.) My normal medium are highlighters and colored pens which they hold up beautifully against. No smearing, no fading with an eraser, no feathering--it is wonderful! I will definitely keep this one in my wishlist to reorder when my liners dry out!!

These pens can look great on an off white or light tan paper. It works on white. I can use with watercolor mixed media when I don't want the color to stand out like black

3 of the markers of the set were dry and wouldn’t write. I do love the brown color and the ease in using them. There were also several sizes for different widths of writing.

They all work, and I like the sepia color. I have some WN that are much darker than these; so nice to have a variety of browns.

I use them for ink lining books , they work well , they haven't smudged on me , not sure if it smudges with wet media added on top thoughOtherwise just like picture

A variety of pen sizes in a beautiful sepia tone. Great for sketching!

I used these to create ink sketches for watercolors. No bleed or blurring, and no smearing when I erased pencil lines around the ink. I used the Sepia, which was a lovely reddish brown color, and have now ordered the black. Overall I am very pleased!
